Fill out the form at the bottom of this page to send Project Wildwood a direct message to our inbox. The form is a formal request PRIOR to ordering. This allows the team to discuss the commission before payment. IF you have already ordered, please fill out the form and state that you have pre-paid.

Yes we offer custom sizing! Prices are dependent on the medium. Artworks using ink or graphite are $2 per square inch. Colored pencils, chalk pastels, and acrylic paint are $3 per square inch; and oil paint commissions are $4 per square inch.

There are generally no hidden costs for complexity unless a family portrait is requested. For portraits with 5 or more subjects (humans or animals), an additional 10% fee will be added. This fee will be paid after the commission is finished
-
We only offer full refunds during the discussion process of the commission. This means that full refunds only apply when nothing has started (whether that be on paper, canvas, or wood).
Partial refunds are offered during the sketching stage. If you are unsatisfued with the sketch, need the money back, or are not interested in the commission, you can request a partial refund.
Once the final process has begun (colored pencil, paint, ink), there will be no more refunds. All sales are final.

Commissions vary depending on the schedule of the artist, size of the work, and the complexity of the piece. We generally give clients a month as an estimate for works under 12”x9”. Anything larger will have to be discussed with the artist.

Yes! We allow rush orders; however, rush orders will have a 20% fee on top of the commission’s original price. Rush orders take priority over other orders, meaning that you will automatically get bumped to the first position if there is a waiting list.

I can paint landscapes, wildlife, humans of all ages, pets of all species, and non-sexual nudity (if interested in sexual nudity, there will be an upcharge; email for info).

I do not allow any forms of bigotry through my work (including slogans on shirts, hats, etc., that harm the well-being of others) or any forms of religious or racial supremacy. I have the right to decline commissions if they provoke a sense of hostility towards marginalized and vulnerable communities. With this, I also will not depict forms of violence or weaponry that commit such violence, whether that be towards humans or animals (swords excluded).
I will also DENY commission requests if the client sends an AI-generated photo to be drawn, or during the process, suggests improvements using AI examples.
